THE BHRIGU LAKE TREK |

DAY 01: DEPART DELHI by Volvo bus, dinner along the way.
DAY 02: ARRIVAL IN MANALI. On arrival meet and greet by the tour executive and check in to hotel. After the lunch a brief lesson on camping and a walk up to Hadimba temple.
DAY 03: ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES. Today after the breakfast get ready for the adventure activities like rock climbing, rappelling and paragliding at Solang valley. After lunch, we proceed to kothi and walk an hour to our camp rahalla next to the waterfall.
DAY 04: TREK TO RAORI KHOLI. (4 hrs) Today after breakfast, we start the trek to Bhrigu Lake. The views of the upper Kullu valley from here are quite spectacular. The trail goes eastwards and climbs steadily through forests. We walk slowly as the altitude can make you a little breathless.
DAY 05: TREK TO BHRIGU. (4 hrs) On this day we climb to Bhrigu lake (14,000ft) whose shining emerald green waters stand out against the rocky ridge surrounding it. Circum navigate the lake and climb on to the ridge. An easy scramble takes you to the top (14,400 ft
4,389 m). Hanuman Tibba is to your west, and the Mulkila (21,400ft
6,522 m) and Chandrabhaga Peaks lie to the north in Lahaul. To the south east are the razor sharp summits of Indrakila, Deo Tibba (19,700 ft). You also see the Hamta valley on this trek which is other side of the ridge. Spend rest of the day exploring the meadows around the lake. Dinner and overnight stay in the camp at Pandugupha.
DAY 06: TREK DOWN TO VASHISHT AND DRIVE TO MANALI. (6 hrs) On the last day, the steep trail switchbacks through a thick pine forest to take you to Vashisht, a village above Manali. The descent offers great views of the entire Kullu valley and we walk though forests and slowly emerge into apple orchards and finally reach Vashisht by evening. From here Manali is just 3 Kms away. Tired after this descent, plunge into the hot water springs there, and then drive to your hotel in Manali.

DAY 07: DEPART BACK TO DELHI in the evening.
DAY 08: ARRIVAL IN DELHI
• PLEASE NOTE THE 6TH DAY MAY BE UTILIZED TO EXTEND THE TREK IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER OR IF THE PACE NEEDS TO BE REDUCED.
